beautiful coffee shopsurrounding. it creates a big fresh air space suitable for relaxing, enjoy every moment. the 3rd floor with AC system, long table and chair for working online. highly recommend their saft and fresh coconut coffee . specially friend staffs & good price it's near the old town, only 3 minutes walking

To the Bonte Cafe Management, I am a regular customer of Bonte Cafe and I really enjoy the co-working space on the 3rd floor. It's quiet, the seating is comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is strong. I've always found the 10,000 VND usage fee to be quite reasonable. Recently, I received a notification that I will have to purchase an additional drink when I return after lunchtime. This means that if I work three separate sessions (e.g., after breakfast, after lunch, and after dinner), I would have to pay for three drinks plus the usage fees. With this policy, my monthly cost would be at least 3-4 million VND if I use the space consistently, which I find to be unreasonable. This raises a question: If a customer pays the usage fee and buys one drink, then stays at the cafe all day without leaving for lunch—perhaps by ordering food delivery—will the staff still require them to buy an extra one or two drinks? You are charging a service fee, so you should accept that some customers will stay for a long time while others won't, depending on their needs. The cost of electricity for that area is a fixed expense for you, regardless of how many customers are there. Perhaps you could consider a more flexible approach, such as: Increasing the flat usage fee to 15,000 VND per person, regardless of how long they stay. Keeping the old policy but charging an additional 10,000 VND if a customer needs to re-enter for a second session after a lunch break. Simply maintaining the current policy, as I believe no one can drink three coffees or three cans of Pepsi in one day. Having customers work at the cafe brings positive energy and promotes your brand on social media. It also makes the cafe look lively and busy, which is good advertising for people passing by. It's important to remember that in Hội An, there are dozens of other places offering air conditioning and quiet workspaces—including a public library that is free from morning until evening. Customers have many choices. Please reconsider this new policy. It will make customers feel uncomfortable. I am willing to share the cost by paying an extra 10,000 VND usage fee for a second session, but I am not happy about being forced to buy drinks I don't want just to increase my costs. Great place to work. Drink is cheap compare to other place in Hoi An.

Nice to place to work in Hoi An. A bit far from the busyness of Old Town, this space provides digital nomads a space to (productively) work. Though if you want to stay at their air-conditioned co-working space (3rd flr), u have to pay an extra 10,000 VND. I love that their tables have plugs nearby making it efficient to work.

Relaxed airy feel cafe with wide open walls for a beautiful morning breeze. 33° days lately but the openness, and fans, helps. Charming staff, delicious coffees - both local & foreign styles, with a small but tasty menu. Out of the way for town folk maybe, but I stayed out of town & it was a delightful nearby oasis for morning takeaway coffees and or breakfast.
